These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TrueDevMedia's services, including digital marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Management), website and app development, and enterprise software development. By engaging our services or using our website at truedevmedia.com, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, WhatsApp us before proceeding.
TrueDevMedia provides digital marketing, web development, and software services to businesses primarily in Odisha and across India. The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or a signed proposal) before work begins. Any changes to agreed scope must be mutually confirmed in writing.

For advertising services, the ad budget (money paid to Facebook/Meta, Google, etc.) is separate from our management fee. You are responsible for funding your ad accounts directly. TrueDevMedia does not mark up ad spend. We cannot guarantee specific results from paid advertising, as outcomes depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and ad platform algorithms.
Once full payment is received, all creative assets, designs, and custom code produced specifically for your project become your property. TrueDevMedia retains the right to use non-confidential work samples in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets (stock images, licensed fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
You may cancel ongoing services at any time. We do not hold you to long-term contracts. Notice of cancellation via WhatsApp or email is sufficient. Fees already paid for work completed or for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. Any unused ad budget held in your own ad account remains yours.
TrueDevMedia will always work in good faith and with full effort on your behalf. However, we are not liable for business losses, loss of data, indirect damages, or results dependent on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) that are beyond our control. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. We will not share your business data, customer information, or campaign details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Cuttack, Odisha.
