For the personal data described in this notice, we are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the rules made under it. This notice covers truedevmedia.com and the enquiries you send us through it.
When we run campaigns or build software for a client, the client decides how their customers' data is used. In that work the client is the Data Fiduciary and we act as their Data Processor, following their instructions. Questions about that data should go to the client first.

We do not ask for sensitive details like financial account numbers, Aadhaar, health or biometric data through this website. Please do not include them in messages.
We only process enquiry data after you tick the consent box on our forms. You can withdraw consent at any time, and it is as easy as giving it: submit a "Withdraw my consent" request on Your Data Rights, email hello@truedevmedia.com, or tell us on WhatsApp. After withdrawal we stop contacting you and delete your enquiry data within a reasonable time, unless a law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did lawfully before it.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website, under contracts that require them to protect it:
We may also disclose data when required by law, a court order, or a lawful request from a government authority. Some of these providers may process data outside India. We only transfer data to countries that the Government of India has not restricted under Section 16 of the DPDP Act.
Deletion runs automatically every day. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
The website runs over HTTPS. Our database is only reachable by our team through a password-protected admin area, and forms are rate-limited to stop abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable security safeguards as the DPDP Act requires. If a personal data breach happens, we will inform affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law, and tell you what we are doing about it.
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
Use the form on Your Data Rights. We will check that the request comes from you, usually by contacting the phone number or email we have on file, and reply within 90 days.
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

Please raise any grievance with us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, or do not receive one within the time allowed, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act.

If we change what data we collect or why, we will update this page and its version number. Where the change needs fresh consent, we will ask for it before using your data in the new way.
This notice is governed by the laws of India, including the DPDP Act, 2023. Subject to the powers of the Data Protection Board, disputes relating to it are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Cuttack, Odisha.
